The Yeshivat Or Chaim Open House was a major success! With the assistance of some cupcakes and sour sticks, over forty grade 8 boys and their parents from a variety of different schools visited Or Chaim. As our school representatives greeted all those who joined us on Sunday, it did not take long for the grade 8 boys to recognize just how friendly and warm our school atmosphere is. A few wonderful and inspiring speeches and model lessons allowed our future students to familiarize themselves with the learning environment. While Rabbi Grauer and Mr. Sabeti answered parent questions, a couple panels of distinguished teachers and fine young gentlemen answered questions from grade 8s in a press conference-like fashion, and afterward treated our guests with a tour display of the school’s most attractive hubs and beautifully decorated hallways. All along, our staff, administrators, and student representatives were extremely helpful in turning this program into a successful exhibition.
