Last Friday, the entire Yeshiva joined together in the lunchroom for a tisch. The grade 10s made cholent with Rabbi Sonenberg the previous evening during Mishmar, and Ezra Berman and Josh Mayer helped Mr. Lazar set the lunchroom up. The atmosphere was joyous, as the boys snacked and sang with their rabbeim. Outstanding divrei torah were delivered by Jacob Herman (grade 9), Sammy Newman (grade 10) and Roni Perez (grade 11). It was a great way to prepare for Shabbat and to anticipate next weekend’s Shabbaton.
