Melissa O’Neil, winner of Canadian Idol and current actress in the musical “Les Miserables,” came to share inspirational words with the students of Ulpanat Orot on this past Tuesday as part of our “Women of the World” (WOW) program. She spoke about her career and inspired each and every one of us with her words. She taught us no matter who you are – on television, in a play, or just an average woman – you shouldn’t worry about your external image, but rather what is on the inside. We look forward to more WOW speakers to make an impact on us, just like Melissa did.
