On Shushan Purim, we enjoyed some fun and games. To open component in the lunchroom, Rabbi Spitz spoke about what would happen if we celebrated Purim during the time of Esther. We had a costume contest, hosted by Eitan Cohen (grade 12 student). Congratulations to Zev Stochinsky (grade 9 student) for winning the contest! We screened a video, directed by Avi Edell (grade 12 student), of the YOC staff acting like the students in everyday scenarios. The program closed with the YOC band putting on a show for students and faculty. Thank you to student council and the grade reps for making this program happen!
