16 students (2 per grade from each school) presented an outstanding group of speeches. Topics varied from self-image to magic to the cost of Jewish education to North Korean labour camps. It was an informative, thought-provoking and, at times, humourous evening. The judges had a difficult time during deliberations, with so many high-quality speeches. Their top three choices were: Sarah Wapner, Aviva Doctor and Avraham Kanofsky. Congratulations to all of our participants, and thank you to Mrs. Fixler for organizing the contest!
