For our first Beit Midrash program this year, we discussed Yom Kippur and the laws of korbanot in the time of the Beit Hamikdash. Two rams are given to god, one is thrown off a hill with all our sins and one is given as a korban. The opportunity that the Jews are given every Yom Kippur is an amazing advantage to do tshuva and become a better person. Thank you to the Yeshiva University Torah Mitzion Beit Midrash Zichron Dov members, as well as Binny and Rabbi Mazer, for leading the chaburas.
