Grade 9s had a valuable session on learning strategies. We met in the multi-purpose room and learned about how we could organize ourselves better. We did a game where we had to choose between 3 activities – deciding how long we want to spend at each. Then, grade 12 student Elijah Silverman spoke about working on assignments in a timely manner and how we can help ourselves with scheduling and using online calendars. Then we broke into smaller groups and discussed how to manage our time during the week effectively. Thank you to Mrs. Kagan, Mrs. Cohen, Mr. Lazar and Mr. Skarott for all the helpful tips and ideas!
