This past Wednesday was Sharsheret Pink Day. Sharsheret is an organization that supports Jewish women, and their families, facing breast cancer. Students at both schools wore pink and donated funds in support of this important cause.
YOC’s Chessed Committee ran the Second Annual Pink Day Beep Test. Avi Karakowsky, representing the Tzanhanim House, came in first place; while Sammy Newman, representing the Golani, finished in second place. Through cookie sales and the Beep Test, the Committee raised $150 in support of Sharsheret.
