Both schools held election programs. At Ulpana, Jonny Lipczer led an interactive presentation on the various parties and issues in Israel.
At YOC, Rabbi Pituchey Chotam’s class ran a mock election. In pairs, they presented the platforms for the different parties and then ensured that students attended the simulated vote.
At both schools, our students learned about the election process, as well as current issues in Israeli society.
