Following a morning of classes, YOC students went downtown to the Air Canada Centre. The Senior team faced off against a team of alumni, organized by Zak Maresky (’08). Following the Senior’s victory, all students had a chance to shoot some hoops on the same court as the Raptors, playing a school-wide game of bump!
After that, we went to the Wolfond Centre, U of T’s Hillel. Following Mincha, students rotated through four sessions: a discussion on decision-making with Rabbi Aaron Greenberg of JLIC; packaging for the needy, facilitated by Hillel; an interactive session on social action with Jonny Lipczer; and a game with Maoz and Ishai. Thank you to Hillel and JLIC for facilitating this program!
