Last Friday, teams from each grade participated in the Annual Charity Cholent Competition. The judges were challenged with the daunting task of selecting the top cholent, based on taste, texture, ingredient and spice choice. In the end, it was team Spices that narrowly claimed victory. Thank you to our judges for braving 8 cholents and the competitive atmosphere: Mrs. Ripsman, Rav Yair, Mr. Teversham and Aaron Rosenfeld. Thank you as well to Mr. Lazar, Adam Spodek and the chessed committee for organizing. Funds raised will benefit Od Yosef Chai.
