A returning initiative to BAS, students in grades 9 – 11 were recognized for their effort in academics, as well as their middot. With input from the study body, the Middot and Character Awards went to: Mendy Kanofsky (9), Jory Dayan (10) and Eli Weltman (11). Effort in Academic Excellence Awards went to: Yochanan Goldstein (9), Moshe Zieleniec (10) and Shimmy Nauenberg (11). Students were presented with sfarim.
