Grade 12s and 9s met together in their “big brother / little brother” pairings in the Beit Midrash on Tzom Gedaliah. They learned in chavrutot, focusing on Sukkot. A central issue they covered focused on the purpose of using a Sukkah and how much a person should be using their sukkah over the Chag. Thank you to the Yeshiva University Torah Mitzion Beit Midrash Zichron Dov and Rabbi Mazer for organizing this program. Students enjoyed learning together and continuing to develop the connections between grades.
