Grade 8s from multiple elementary schools came to Ulpana on Monday for a pre-Chanukah program. They decorated special, delicious chanukah cookies first. They then learned about the history behind the Chag from Mrs. Munk. The program continued with a fun panoply game with UO students. Finally, everyone enjoyed a make your own salad and pasta bar. Thank you to Mrs. Jenn Diamond, Mrs. Yael Jakubovic and Mrs Yael Gelernter for organizing the program. Thank you as well to our student leaders and all the grade 8s who joined us for the morning!
