Me to We Day Toronto is an event for thousands of students from schools across the GTA and surrounding areas. A small group of students from each school wrote an essay in advance of the trip, displaying their commitment to chesed, social action and volunteerism. We Day’s speakers focus on the power of individuals to change the world and impact others. This year’s speakers included Andre De Grasse, Ban Ki-Moon, Rick Hansen, Spencer West and the Kielberger brothers. Thank you to Mr. Lazar (YOC) and Ms. New (UO) for chaperoning our students!
