YOC Pre-Chanuka Program
YOC students learned about what makes a kiddush Hashem in the context of Chanukah, under the direction of the Yeshiva University Beit Midrash. The shiur was entitled “Menorah: A Light Unto Us or a Light Unto The Nations?” Students then enjoyed some Chanukah food and dancing. Chag Sameach!

YOC Tisch Programs
Last Friday, grade 9s and 12s joined together in the lunchroom, while 10s and 11s gathered in the MPR. Students enjoyed singing, sharing words of torah and snacking. It was the perfect way to prepare for Shabbat!
UO Grade 11 NYC Trip
Ulpana’s grade 11 students traveled to New York last week for an exciting trip to visit Stern College. They attended lectures from professors, as well as torah learning shiurim. Tuesday evening, the HaLevi family invited community members, staff, students and parents to a Simchat Bat for their daughter, Roni Shirat Yocheved.
