At YOC, grade 10 students led the assembly. They focused on individual soldiers who lost their lives defending Eretz Yisrael. Ulpana’s Mock Trial team spent Thursday afternoon and evening at the Superior Court of Justice, participating in the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN)’s Competitive Mock Trial. Grade 11 Phys Ed class led a Basketball Clinic for the grade 9s Wednesday afternoon. Grade 9s enjoyed learning from students and appreciated the drills and skills, while the 11s appreciated the valuable leadership opportunity. Thank you Mr. Skarott for organizing this worthwhile and fun program!
UO Pre-Pesach Round Robin
Ulpana students participated in a “round robin” Pre-Pesach program. The entire school was broken into 8 groups, each girl was given an official seder dvar torah ‘notebook’ and then the running began.
